I “told” my browser to fetch the image in another window,...where it appeared somewhat smaller than the same file.....posted to FR. Thats somewhat odd,..unless the code posted delineated a given size

You forgot to hit the + "button".
The image is from Wikipedia. File properties of posted pics can give big hints many times.
