He fails to realize SCOTUS did not take the cases at this point because just up to this time, there has been no conflicting rulings from circuit courts. They are waiting to take a case based on conflicting rulings from circuit courts.
It hardly means the fight is over forever. Our guys just like to surrender.
And, just what do you expect him to do? I suspect even if one court rules differently than the others, and it goes to the SC - they will rule 5-4 in favor of gay marriage. The outcome would be the same. That doesn’t mean we have to accept it in our hearts. Let the deviants live their deviant lifestyles, because they are the ones who have to answer to God. Had harry reid and bammy not packed the courts with flaming liberals - the outcome might have been different. Just like abortion - we are now seeing victory in this after so many years. Roe v.
