But they sent Elian Gonzales back to Cuba. Everything that the left does is aimed at realignment of the entire demographic and political make up of the US. Further, this is more proof that the left have no ethical barriers that prevent them from using children for political purposes - and they should be called out on this loudly.

Why didn't the parents of these children apply for entry into the US? Why would anyone let children travel illegally and endure all the associated dangers - with some dying, when there are alternatives. Why would a U.S. President encourage children to risk death, when there were and are clear alternatives? That question needs to be asked of Obama, and this whole mess needs to become their public relations nightmare.

Yes, Elian HAD to be reunited with his father. Loving relatives were no substitute for the father. Yet now, relatives or even complete strangers are preferable.

You hit the nail on the head, and even Rush has missed this a little. This didn't just "happen." This was set up over a year in advance, quite deliberately.

It is as flagrant a violation of the US constitution as I can imagine, and is far worse than "not enforcing the border laws." It is a calculated treason designed to both avoid existing law and to subvert its intent. This was what they went after Reagan for---going around Congress to try to fund the Contras.

When/if anyone starts seriously looking into this, they will find more than enough reason to remove Zero.
