Well here’s the thing (and I have made it clear I support McDaniel) ... you can’t see for whom these people voted. You can surmise, but you can’t know. Based on that no judge is going to overturn an election.
In any voter fraud/election fraud case, you MUST show that it somehow affected the outcome or so tainted the process.
It is a ridiculously high hurdle. Furthermore, we’ve only heard about facts, we haven’t seen any.
I wish him the best but this is one big uphill battle.
Your use of the word “any” is misplaced.
Mississippi law is on our side.
An election adviser in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, told UKs MailOnline, [the law] wouldnt require McDaniel to find 6,700 fraudulent votes cast for his opponent. Any 6,700 ineligible votes would suffice.
Ineligible means ineligible and any judge who will not turn over an election in that case will be up before the bar before you can shake a stick at him. Even judges who like to legislate from the bench will not defy a very clearly written voter law.
Mississippi judges have already overturned elections. It was posted here several times how a Hinds county mayor election was overturned and a new election held.
In MS it is not necessary to know which way the voters voted which is impossible to know. It is only enough to cast doubt on the outcome.
