She won 53-38/-10 BUT we will never know how many people stayed home because of apathy AND the Govt People of Loudon County had the day off.....
We still have a ‘chance’ the D in Tidewater only won by 9 votes and the R called for a recount...HOWEVER I really don’t expect the R to win the recount (HA).... if the D wins the Tidewater still 20-20 with the only change being a D Lt Gov the tie breaker...
