House Speaker John Boehner on Wednesday took a swipe at conservative groups that "came out and opposed" a bipartisan budget deal "before they ever saw it."

"They're using our members, and they're using the American people for their own goals. This is ridiculous," he said at a Republican news conference.

Vapid empty words when one considers Boehner's failure to take any equally reactionary swipe at Democrats who voted for the Affordable Care Act before they ever read it. And what about liberals' use of Congressional members and the American people for their own goals, i.e., ACA? Where was Boehner's outrage? The lack of any "This is ridiculous" comment from him then serves to highlight the depth of his lack of understanding now.
