If they can get , those who don't pay anything for Obamacare, or thanks to subsidies pay next to nothing, then those millions will simply vote for those who will continue to provide this benefit, along with their other benefits.

That is the whole point of this phase of the rollout, to get as many people signed up for more entitlements as possible. Of course, eventually it will all shift to single payer, which is the ultimate goal, but by then the left will have a death grip on the Federal Government and all 3 branches.
