Is there any law that would prevent Hillary from seeing both the Democratic and Republican nominations in 2016?

That way we could go full out Commie dictatorship, two parties, one candidate.

I would not put that past the Clintons and if the eGOP can nominate both McCain and Romney there is no reason they would not pick Hillary.
