No, they said someone 'born in the country of parents who are citizens' was a natural born citizen. That's not the same thing, so it's not contrary to Ark. So you agree natural born citizen and a citizen of the United States is 2 totally seperate concepts?

Anyway, my opinion is that "natural born citizen [of the United States]" is a subset of "citizen of the United States." So no, not totally separate.
