They can't even agree on who paid the bill, a fact which shouldn't be too hard to establish.

My guess is everyone paid for their own food, and oboma simply scrounged his. oboma has never used his "own money" for anything, because he doesn't have any of his "own money." He's sucked off the public teat all his life - and he's still doing it.

At some point the legislature is going to have to work with Obama to get anything done. This is the carrot part, the stick part starts with the sequester and can continue on with the debt limit, the budget, the continuing resolution, and whatever other oversight authority the senate can use.
It is a very late but I believe they are attempting to school Obama.
