The Tea Party Patriots declared war on the Republican establishment after moderate establishment Republican Mitt Romney's loss to President Barack Obama on Tuesday.
Jenny Beth Martin, National Coordinator of Tea Party Patriots, criticized the Republican Party for hand-picking a Beltway elite candidate who did not campaign forcefully on America's founding principles and said the "presidential loss is unequivocally on them."

Instead, Martin lamented, "what we got was a weak moderate candidate, hand-picked by the Beltway elites and country-club establishment wing of the Republican Party."
Martin said the Tea Party's "work begins again today" .... Establishment Republicans insisted to the conservative base that Romney -- a moderate more in line with their sensibilities than those of the cloth-coat base's -- gave the party the best chance to win a general election.
They were wrong.

Well, what can we do?
I’m hoping for a national referendum pleading for Sarah Palin to take on the GOP chairmanship, if not an outright run for president in 2016.
pretty good idea
The forged BC issue has never gotten any traction until Donald Trump (!??!!) took it on. The MSM is in the tank for 0bama. I was one of the original ‘birthers’. It never went anywhere, unfortunately. Now the only issue is what history will say... I’m hoping it will say with no doubt that he forged his BC and was ineligible all along. But I think it will happen 20 years from now.
I agree. The GOP-e abuses the primary system to milk out conservatives. Mostly through open primaries.
If conservatives like us can’t regain the GOP again, as Reagan did, albeit breifly, we’ll have to go another route.
This third party idea used to be stupid, but with the tech we have today we can dilute the GOP at least in the primary process and then force our will.
It’s said the third party route won’t work because of the two party system, but the GOP has proven they can’t even win that. They took 2010, and like 1994, squandered any gain.
Either way, it’s time to either change it or leave and let the RINO’s die. Just what happend in 2012.
Jenny Beth Martin, National Coordinator of Tea Party Patriots, criticized the Republican Party for hand-picking a Beltway elite candidate...Yeah, Beltway, a place where Mitt has never served in elected office. And this hand-picking took place in the next office down from where Rove has his Weather Control Machine.
