But if you read closely, the article is about mental patients.

And the further irony is, my mother was a head psychiatric nurse at Camarillo State hospital, a mental institution, and my sister is a social worker who works with mentally disabled adults. I did read the article, and the part about the patients was buried, in order to misdirect.
I just always want people to know that even if Filipinos don't always side up their values and their actions with the right party, but they are by dint and spirit, conservative, and hate and fear communist. So if you know one, or meet one, guide them to see how that their country needs them.
