and this is my prediction, and of course, I could be wrong. I am fallible.
...yep. He’s a Republican. No commitement whatsoever.
I agree Rand but we can’t stop working now....
Tired of the CHAOS, a regime of disrespect, dishonor, overturned traditions, unbelievable and outrageous comments and actions, heavy-handed domestic assault while weakness abroad, and a President who’s on TV EVERY DAY. Sick of it. Get the race card, gender card, and gay card OUT of our administration and get back to traditional American values again! Get the ghetto OUT of our White House. No more Jay-Z.. Get the Muslim Brotherhood OUT and return to meetings with Netanyahu and a NORMAL, FRIENDLY domestic economy and STRONG foreign policy and NOT GAY MILITARY and with NO apologies!
I’ve said this for months, and nothing has made me change my mind on this at all...
This thing isn’t even close and never was. I am not saying all the pollsters are manipulating data, though its BLINDINGLY obvious some of them are.. but the polls are just not picking up what’s going on on the ground.
I believe Obama has ZERO chance at any state where got 55% of the vote in 2008 or less, PERIOD. I believe Obama has an absolute popular vote max nationally in the 42-43% range and very possibly could end election day with less than 40% of the vote.
Now with Rand’s caviat, I am fallable.. but I have talked to so many people from so many different backgrounds and walks of life, political, socioeconomical, age, race, religion, creed.. and the support for Obama just isn’t there, I don’t care what the polls are saying.
I know anectdotal evidence doesn’t prove anything... but I am going OUT OF MY WAY to talk to known democrats, life long democrats, of all races.. and easily, easily 20% are openly stating they will not vote for Obama in 2012 and more than a few openly attack the guy in far worse words than anything I would use. “Swing” voters I talk to are easily 2-1 against Obama... Republicans are ROCK SOLID in their intent to get to the polls and vote, while Romney may not give them that old tingle down their legs, the hatred of Obama and the recognition of how he’s been a destructive force for America is universal. Now those that tend to be for Obama, I’ve talked to are more often than not fall into 2 categories insanely RABIDLY for him, or just I vote democrat, period types... that’s it. The overall support just isn’t there that I am seeing for this guy, the the absolute disgust with him is universal.
In fact the only place I consistely find SOLID support for OBama are folks in Academia, that’s about it.. no other group, traditionally democratic or not that I have spoken with remotely is solid for the guy. Blacks, whom I have spoke to, while I am sure Obama will win the majority of their vote in November, don’t remotely seem enthusiastic about it.. I know he’s going to take a huge percentage, but I don’t think it’ll be ANYWHERE near the 95% he got in 08.
I do, but the polls didn't change until the very end and even then, they didn't show a RR blow out.
The liberal poll pimps were sticking to their positions until the last second, and then only try to protect their future viability.
The Reagan victory was a giant ass whoppen and even more so because it was done without conservative talk radio and the net, so everyone of us that voted for Ronaldus were scared spitless because we had no way of knowing that we were the vast right wing conspiracy and were a very large majority.
Who knew?
Only the Shadow knew.
Under no circumstance can the Art of Stupidity be safely ignored.
....with apologies to Sun-Tsu.
Democrats are demoralized, ashamed to even proclaim support of Obama at this point. But November 6 is still a lifetime away in politics. Cry Havoc, and unleash the hounds Mr. Romney. This moment has been a long time comming.
Well it's undeniable now, Mitt Romney has sadly won the election. I say sadly because the only conclusion you can come to, given the huge lead Obama had in the polls, is that America is indeed a racist country.
Short of a major economic disturbance, a major domestic terror attack, or war with Iran, I strongly suspect that Romney will win going away.
Does anyone know anyone who voted for McCain but will vote for Obama now? I'll bet everyone knows three or four folks who will switch from Obama to Romney. And how many of those emotional, immature idiots who were so in love with mr. hopey changey are disillusioned now and won't show up to vote for the SECOND time in their lives? Things are a lot worse now than they were in November of 2010, that was just a taste of what's in lie for the democrats.
Deep democrat depression coming November 2012...
I am still very worried. The demographics of this country have changed dramatically since 1980 and 1984. Millions of people who voted for Reagan are now with him in heaven. Millions of Reagan voters have been replaced by sub-literate immigrants, the spawn of illegal aliens, and young people who have been brain washed with Marxist propaganda in gubmint schools. I also think that Romney is a vapid dork and a bad campaigner.
If these hold true Romney along with the Bradley effect we could see a landslide.
Romney and his advisers have so far screwed up a great opportunity.
All they have to do and need to do is focus on the economy, run ads just on the price of gas from when Obama took office and what it is now.
Yet they have made one mistake after another.
All they needed to do was follow the old Clinton Playbook of 1992, It’s The Damn Economy Stupid, and nothing else.
It’s Romney’s election to lose and he needs to turn it around or he will lose.
If he is right then all this Dem kabuki theater going on in the polls is all about maximizing post-election turmoil and outrage, and making it difficult for Romney to actually govern.

Out here in California you don’t see very many Obama bumber stickers, in 2008 they were everywhere.
In California.
I think Mitt is going to win bigger than most people think.
Of course, Romney will win. Al the polls except Rasmussen are delusional.
