Yeah...I just got on the company insurance first of July. Blue Cross sent me a letter today saying my preexisting waiting period ends 07/02/2013.

If it were not for the heavy hand of government in health insurance and health care, health insurance would be true insurance, and medical care would be more accessible and less costly. Everything government touches, it screws up.

Blue Cross sent me a letter today saying my preexisting waiting period ends 07/02/2013. That provision of Obamacare doesn't go into effect until 2014. At that point there will be no waiting period but it's not in effect yet. Don't shoot the messenger.
