lol I've been doing some door-to-door in my precinct for Randles for Governor (Missouri) and my walk list only shows people who have voted Republican in at least 1 recent primary and ranks them based on how often they vote. So, apparently this data is public domain kind of stuff.

Of course, it's what they do with it that counts!

You watch, there will be polling places that are flash mobbed and destroyed. With the electronic voting machines there will be no record of who voted for whom when the polling place is destroyed.

So here’s a question for our braintrust. My husband has gotten 2 ‘polling’ calls on his cell in the past 2 days asking for my 19 year old daughter. They are very obviously Obama campaigners.

I asked him how they got the number and associated is from my daughter. The only thing we can come up with is that he listed his cell on her college FAS.

Is it legal to release this information?
