If Cher is so worried about ‘cuts’, perhaps she should start her own charitable organization to pick up the slack. She's not Constitutionally precluded from redistributing her wealth.

Cher was always close to my heart. Sonny and Cher once drank beer in my taverns parking lot back in the 60s. Now I think of her as nothing.
