I sincerely believe electing Romney, and thereby defining contemporary conservatism in his sway, is more damaging to our movement than staying organized and focused on battling Obama positions. I am right there with you, Bro. FReeper.
As Obama pushes hard left, the history books will record that he was slapped down for it, and hopefully impeached or arrested. As Romney pushes left, even if not hard, the history books will record that Republicans were the pro-abortion party, the pro-homosexual party, the pro-illegal-immigration party, the pro-stimulus-economy party, etc, etc, etc. That's a strategic mistake.
Your call is SPOT ON.

(A deal with the devil is ALWAYS a losing proposition. Voting for Romney to avoid Obama is just that.)

As Obama pushes hard left, the history books will record that he was slapped down for it, and hopefully impeached or arrested..." That's insane. If 'bam get a second term, he'll get really nasty. He'll gut the constitution, seize property, extort, appoint at least two leftist Supreme Court Justices (anybody want to bet on Eric Holder?), prosecute servicemen and citizens who defend themselves, open the borders... Do I need go on?
Slapped down? What's happened over the last two weeks, and what have we seen in the media? Impeached? Congress will have it's hands full trying to keep itself out of prison. History? We won't have any history for him to go down in.
Take a look at Venezuela. That is what we'll be if 'bam stays.

Thanks Finny! I appreciate that you see the picture I see and that you have my back. And to 2DV, FRiend, I've read your posts and shared your threads for a long time and sincerely appreciate you. Don't think for a moment I don't have your back or that I don't trust you at mine; we're good. Romney will come and go; no matter. When TSHTF I hope I'm near your foxhole.
