You would be surprised (or maybe not) at the recent uptick of e mails I get for advice on how to “get out” and teach or work out here in Asia. I also heard that renunciation of US citizenship is at an all time high, primarily because people cannot be yoked anymore due to the taxation issue. There is a bad, impending sense about where America is heading. One stays and fight it even to the death if necessary (admirable), and one can in the spirit of our forefathers before that, (and Jews in Europe, etc) just up and leave the place and let it implode into a morass of those on the dole with no more producers (also cannot be criticized). I don’t know that the answer is. I only know the phenomenon as I hear and see it—and that is more and more people are thinking they might want “out”, and in America, people NEVER thought that way. This is all primarily due to the Destroyer. Barack Obama, or whatever his true name and identity is. For all I know, he could be the anti-Christ.

I would never renounce my citizenship. Obama and the economic situation is not solely the reasons why I asked that question. It's been an interest for some time.The economy and Obama are just indicators that now is the best time to do it.

My fiancee lives in South America. She's told by the embassy in her country that the chances of getting a VISA (tourist, work or even a fiancee VISA) anytime soon are very low due to those already in the USA who have overstayed their VISAs.

Another example of how those who follow the rules get the short end of the stick under this administration.

A friend of mine in Vietnam told me something similar from the US Embassy there. Something like less of a 5% chance of getting a VISA to come to the US until the country is able to absorb all the (Mexicans)here illegally.

"Mexicans" was my friend's word. I'm not sure whether or not the US Embassy in Vietnam actually used that word.
