This is a bad idea. Romney has said repeatedly now that he is pro-life, that he has seen the light on the issue of abortion, that he wants to overturn Roe v. Wade, and that he would appoint SC justices in the mold of Roberts, Scalia, Thomas, and Alito. Even so, given his past, Romney still faces the challenge of reassuring the pro-life base of his sincerity. Picking a pro-abort VP like Rice would destroy all that. No, if Romney ends up being the nominee, he would definitely need to pick a social conservative, pro-life VP to maximize his chances and to prove the sincerity of his pro-life commitment. So, no dice, no Rice. I would never vote for a ticket with anyone on it who is avowedly pro-abort, and that would be the case with Rice.
FUMR!! Lying statist whore!!
