Not voting for him, so I don’t care.

“GOP 2012: Who will Romney pick?”
Guliani, Christie, McCain or Lindsay Graham because who needs a second party anyways?
OF course if he picked a RAND Paul.;...that might be interesting. I might be able to hold my vomit reflex long enough to cast that vote.

Don’t care. Not voting for him, and I’m not getting involved in the electoral process once this primary is over.
I’m going to be too busy bracing myself for another 4 years of Obama and wondering what I’m going to do about that.

That does seem to be the direction of things sadly.
I have to blame the GOP for failing to produce a viable candidate.
I got a bit of an insight as to why more conservative candidates such as Santorum may be failing to catch fire this past weekend when my 30 year old brother and his wife came to visit.
He said he fears right wing extremists as much as he fears left wing extremists, and he views Santorum in that light thus isn’t considering voting for him.
I’d say he’s fairly representative of younger conservatives, however his wife is a lib dem who voted for Obama and who will now be voting for the gop nominee. His friends are also former Obama voters who will be voting for the GOP nominee, so it looks like the more right of our candidates simply aren’t being considered by younger folks.

I’m sure it’s going to be Romney. I will vote for him, I do not want Obama and his cronies in there. They are doing enough behind the scenes things to ensure this country goes communist, I’m sick of it. I think at the very least you’d get rid of the gaggle of geese he’s appointed.
Going to have to wait till later for a better choice, 4 years later, but at all costs I think Obama is dangerous and is destroying the country, purposely.

I don’t care, because
1) Romney will lose to Obama
2) If by some miracle he did win, the VP is a do-nothing position anyway, so I couldn’t care less if he picked a conservative for it
3) He will likely pick a RINO (or maybe even a Democrat) VP anyway.
My prediction: Romney-Murkowski 2012.

"Despite the US vice president having the dubious, if undeserved bad rap as the most useless position in US politics, the choice of vice presidential running mate is one of the clearest signposts of what kind of president a candidate, Republican or Democrat, may be."Sigh.
If you've already seen this, hit page down:
RCP/Time, Jan. 4, 2011:
"Florida Sen.-elect Marco Rubio announced his top staff, which included three former Romney campaign hands. Sally Canfield, who served as Romney's policy adviser, will be Rubio's legislative director and chief policy adviser; Joe Pounder, who was in charge of rapid response for Romney, will be Rubio's communications director; and Alex Burgos, who directed specialty media for Romney, will serve as director of media affairs for Rubio."

I voted for McCain in 2008 because of Palin being on the ticket. I don’t think that there is anyone that Romney could pick for VP that could cause me to vote for him. I think that we are going down the wrong road. Giving tacit support will only encourage the Rockefeller wing for 2016 and beyond. I just can’t see myself voting for Romney.
The establishment wing of the GOP has ignored and insulted social conservatives one time too many. We may not have anyone else to vote for, but that doesn’t mean that we have to vote for this guy.
It’s kind of like Jews being asked to choose between Hitler and Goebbels. We might as well just leave that line blank.

Predicting (not advocating) the Rominee's VP pick, in order of likelihood:
1. Thune
2. Rubio
3. Santorum
4. Pawlenty
5. Ryan
6. Martinez
7. McDonnell
There's no way it will be Gingrich, Ron Paul, Bachmann, Perry, Cain, Huntsman, Palin, or Rice.

I hope whoever it the nominee is picks Allen West.

He’s going to pick Rand Paul. That’s going to solidify the Tea Party support, which he will need. Its going to bring a significant chunk of the youth vote that Ron Paul is bringing into the primaries, which the Republicans are likely to lose to Obama if they don’t put a Paul on the ballot. That could be the difference in the election right there, and its more than any other VP would bring to the ticket in terms of voters. And finally, its going to stop Ron Paul from running third party.
Its going to be a very smart thing to do, and I’m going to hold my nose and vote for him in November for much the same reason I voted for McCain after he nominated Sarah.

I hope it's Rubio, because if Romney loses, it will eliminate two people I don't want to be president from future contention.

Huntsman. That is the reason behind the timing of his withdrawal.
