...thank you, many of us agree with your POV.

You bet, LJ. Thanks for being there.

“The GOP didn’t defend her against the constant barrage of media lies after the election, they didn’t defend her when Obama’s operatives were deliberately driving her family to bankrupcy, they didn’t defend her when the media accused her of complicity in mass murder in Arizona..... Hell, the scumbag cowards in the GOP not only didn’t defend her in these cases, but joined in with the vicious wilding......

I’d love to see her get in the race as an independent if only to thrust a dagger into the heart of the GOP establishment........ And I’m saying this as someone who has voted exclusively GOP my whole damned voting life”.......

Amen to all of that.....Not one spineless GOP bastard defended the woman......I’d be in her corner in a heartbeat also, and I’ve never voted for a democrat......The current field doesn’t generate the kind of energy a Palin run did (2008) and would....Our loss....I’m not impressed with any of them and that includes Cain.....

I see no reason for the insult. I tried an honest search and said I couldn’t find anything on your claims and asked you to supply some links. You say I wont be able to and that there wont be any either so your statements go unsupported. Who’s the BS’er here?

There is no BS regarding the balanced budget during those years because you can find support in my statement through an honest google search.

My opinion regarding the US involvement in the UN is just that, my opinion. While everyone’s opinion is justified in themselves I give reasons why I have that opinion and while your not required to give any reasons for your opinions I see no BS in expressing my opinion.

My hyperbole comment was accurate because you made the claim:
“Newt completely defeated the GOP hopes of accomplishing anything substantive in the 90s.”
is inaccurate because he did balance the budget during his years as Speaker. Therefore that statement was hyperbole.

Unless you have something substantive to contribute that will support your claims then I’m done with this conversation.

>> “Who’s the BS’er here?” <<

.
You.

Balancing the budget is certainly a desirable thing, but it is a year by year thing, and not an accomplishment of great note.

The point is that the one most important thing they could have accomplished, yanking the UN’s primary source of revenue, and thus curtailing their world wide reign of terror and genocide, was blocked by Newt.

Curtailing the pro-islam war in Bosnia is another Newt in the way special, as was ending taxpayer funding of the PBS and NPR socialist propaganda organs.

Expanding the funding of BATF is another Nootie.

The loss of key conservative congressmen yet another.

Newt took a wrecking ball to the conservative wing of the GOP.

Just watched THE UNDEFEATED twice this weekend.

Morgan Keene, the sweet voiced 14 yr old singing in the first part, is so fantastic.

Andrew Breitbart correctly labels the spineless establishment rinos EUNICHS who refuse to defend her. Good God, where are the men?

Why no, I didn't. I don't have a copy, and only saw it once at the theater. That's outstanding!

What an ugly insult. Kick me when I'm down, why don't you.

This doesn't have anything to do with money, jerk. Read the top of the thread again and understand that many Palin supporters want her to reconsider her decision, and to run for president.

If you pay close attention to the closing credits, Josh Painter’s name is pretty far down.
I didn’t notice til the second viewing while looking for the name of the young girl who sang THE MINSTREL BOY at the beginning during the shots of Sarah as a little girl.

I LOVE that part.

We ordered it from Netflix as soon as it was available last week.

iPetitions is owned and operated by Angle Three Associates, LLC. claiming to have collected 17 million signatures. The list a variety of categories from which any number of petitions are active. As an example, the “politics and government” category ( there are eight categories ) is 692 pages in length 691 of which carry the titles of as many as 15 different petitions - for a grand total of 10,635 separate petitions.

Does Angle Three Associates, LLC have the data collection capacity to include the names, and e-mail addresses of 17,000,000 petition signers - with the ability to separate signers of 85,080 different petitions? One thing is certain, this is a money making operation playing on the heartstrings of Jack and Jill Main Street America.

As anyone who has signed the petition directed to Governor Palin ( I was allowed to sign the petition twice - placing any signer total in question ), was immediately thereafter directed to a PayPal / credit card page wherein the Angle Three Associates, LLC implore one and all to make a contribution to them so they may continue their amoral and lucrative profit driven business service.

We promote democracy on the Internet by helping people and organizations create online petitions like the one you just signed. We provide these services for free and rely on donations from people like you to keep the site running. Please consider donating to support us. Every donation, no matter how small, helps. Please note: Your donation will help keep iPetitions running. This is not a donation to the person or organization whose petition you just signed.

Given they claim bragging rights to 17,000.000 signatures, and these sorry souls made a minimum contribution of a mere $2.00, I would given a eye tooth to read their tax filing for 2010.

Lastly, whomever created this ‘petition’; leaving to unknown men/women to determine the circulation parameters ( duration, favorable links, regional/national focus and media attention ) - with the trap of an unverifiable signatory process ( I voted twice ) - nullifying the petition’s veracity - is doing a tremendous disservice to the actual number of patriots who were /are ready to give Governor Palin an army of foot soldiers to retake America.

This petition won’t nearly reflect their number. But I do expect Angle Three Associates, LLC to fatten their coffers from this exercise.

......thoughts from one Freeper. You tagged me an idiot, because I believe this ‘petition’ is window dressing to a profit centered business that could care less about signature gathering, or its’ impact on a person who turned America’s apple cart upside down.

No, I tagged you as a jerk for making a tactless comment.

Per your own due diligence, you discovered that iPetitions asks for donations to stay in business (much like Free Republic does), but somehow that is tantamount to unscrupulous business practices in your mind.

That's your opinion, and your business.

I don't know whether Governor Palin will ever see the results of this online poll or not. I sincerely hope that she does, but that's not why I posted it. I posted it to give demoralized Palin supporters some outlet for their heartfelt desire to see her run. If we can't pull the lever for her at the ballot box, we can at least 'pull the lever' for her in unofficial ways, such as online polls.

We may not achieve anything by our participation, except for having gone on record somewhere, as making it known that she is our number one choice for president.
