I continue to be amused by the quoted polls reflecting 60% of Republican voters don't want her to run. Why is it that when Chris Christie had similar polling results, no one used that as a reason he shouldn't run?
60% saying a candidate shouldn't run are likely supporters of another candidate. On the other hand, if there are 40% indicating they would welcome her running, it's safe to say that a large number of those would be Palin supporters, and no one candidate is currently polling over 30%.
Related, so far this election season, we have had four different candidates who were leading in the polls, Romney, Bachmann, Perry, and now Cain. In real-ville, does anyone think the polls are not going to change again?
You forgot Trump. Remember, he was leading in the polls not that long ago.
