I’m disgusted with them too. I was about his age when I watched the conventions and realized I was conservative.
I wonder if establishment GOP has let Mittwitt go, so to speak, in their minds (and plans). I just saw another 5 minute ABC Perry-pep-rally on the Evening Thought Control Briefing. Same fluff from the same guy, George Stephanopoulos, (ABC News) pushing a near word for word narration of the ABC website puff piece on the 13th and his 2 minute endorsement of Rick on the Evening Thought Control Briefing from Iowa.

Same photos, same commentary, etc.
Looks to me like MSM ABC is riding to the rescue of a declining establishment Republican Party by welding Ricky to the TEA Party in the minds of the masses.
I was at the first TEA Party rally here in Dallas held in front of City Hall in 2009, with 7,000 to 9,000 in attendance.
Rick Perry was told he was not invited. That is why he was at a local city baseball field across DFW with half filled bleacher section of a couple of hundred.
So far the GOP seems to be harrumphing the notion of little Ricky what with the silence on that very Bush/Perry family feud Rush speaks of. I don't know whom they think is "best" for we mere masses but my hunch is they are still rooting for Mittwitt.
My other hunch is George Stephanopoulos wants to change that. Little George is pushing Ricky and pushing hard.
Just like he did (successfully) for McCain in 2008.
.
I’m not an SP fan particularly, and believe Rush will stay cool on his picks throughout the primary season, but, oh what fun it is to have him use Sarah’s name to throw around and beat Karl Rove about the head and ears! Romney will be the man if we don’t get him shut down early and hard.
