How can Romney have the "highest" if Palin has 63 and he has 61?

A woman who the entire press, DNC, bloggers, Hollywood, academia, TV talkers, Broadway, White House, unions, intelligentsia, entertainment industry and foreign press have attacked mercilessly 24/7/365 for ALMOST THREE YEARS has the HIGHEST favorability of ANY major potential Republican candidate, without declaring she'll run for the presidency!! You forgot the most important possibility: She DOES'T Run and she still WINs. You forget she is running an unconventional campaign. She keeps the MSM, RINOs, establishment and the liberals guessing.
