What brought about a Palin attack on this thread?

Not really a dig a Palin so much as a commentary on the mind set of the Palinistas on other candidates. For the last couple days, any non-Palin candidate, no matter how respectable, is being called some sort of Mittens spoiler through strange Rube Goldberg style logic. Just check out any random Bachmann thread lately.

Bahcmann has dug her own hole. In a way, that's alright. Better to see these people self destruct now versus later.

I went to your profile page and enjoyed seeing a picture of Don Novello. I got to meet his dad, Jay, a few times when he lived in Sherman Oaks (or studio City?). I don't know about the kid personally, but his dad was genuinely a class act.

You mean check any random Rollins/Bachmann/Romney thread of the last two days, Bachmann ruined her campaign chances when she decided to go mau-mau against Palin for no reason.

So true. And most Palin supporters do not behave that reprehensible way. There is a small minority of Palin supporters on here who (very recently) are very rude on Herman Cain threads (and others) and are out to cause nothing but trouble(which makes me believe at least some of them may not be Palin supporters at all, but closet DU types who feel threatened about a Cain nomination against their "Messiah".). Just a hunch.

At any rate, Gov. Palin is solid and so are most of her supporters here on FR. Very best to them. ;-)
