Everyone who has a dog in this Republican race, and we know candidates have their volunteers working the FR pages promoting their guys,will dog Perry, but if you step back and look at the whole pic and who has been taking on Obama and his people directly, it's been Perry. I know he has some baggage but we need a fighter, the kinda guy who shoots a coyote on his morning jog, who hands instructions to Obama while he gets off the tarmac, who tells him "I can't meet you in El Paso but come to Austin and we will do a flyover of the wildfire damage over in West Texas ( after Obama refused aid)." Heck Obama tried to mouth Perry for accepting Federal money and Perry shot back with "Hey we're a net donor state so don't give me that"

I like Christie and Walker and some of these other guys but our candidate has to despise Obama and all he stands for. Plus Perry has close relationships with all the tough Republican Governors like Kasich and Walker and Christie.

Better to have baggage than to conceal one’s whole background and history.

We will never find a perfect candidate for President. I like Perry, Ryan, Palin, Bachmann, Tancredo, Hunter, Kucinelli, Christie, O’Donnell, Walker, Weldon and Angle. I’ve probably left out a couple, too.
