Toshiba Builds Ultra-Small Nuclear Reactor
“Toshiba has developed a new class of micro size Nuclear Reactors that is designed to power individual apartment buildings or city blocks. The new reactor, which is only 20 feet by 6 feet, could change everything for small remote communities, small businesses or even a group of neighbors who are fed up with the power companies and want more control over their energy needs.”

Your joking right? Maybe in some other country but not here, any advantage size and ease of construction will be offset but having to deal with the nut jobs in and out of government. They were talking about one of these for Galina Alaska but as usual it will be bogged down in regulation to the point of a economic disaster. The only criteria it fits is that it would be in the middle of nowhere.
