Knock yourself out trying to do that.
Perhaps when she saw the crowd of Tea Partiers following Romney(care), she failed to note that they were carrying torches and pitchforks?
“I think we need him now. No offense.”
Are you speaking of Romney? No offense taken, but I fail to see how Romney is of any use to this nation. If he’s the nominee I write in Snidely Whiplash and vote conservative down-ticket.
NEVER will I vote for Mittens.
I can’t find anybody who voted for Barry in 2008 or who will vote for Mitt in 2012.
That was not the bill she voted for. Why don’t you spend your time schooling yourself on her record?
Sheesh
I was talking about West.
Ha ha, that's very funny!
Mitt Romney; Tea Party activist!!!
“I was talking about West.”
Appreciate the clarification. Thanks.
Ludicrous. Boy, the TEA Party sure has become more inclusive suddenly. If Romney is their favorite, it’s time to leave that crowd...
Interesting mix on the poll...heavy on “Independent” Tea Party voters...that explains Palin’s lower numbers as independents are not that fond of her...magritte
That bill was only used by the Senate to add in their dirty tricks. The original bill was a bill in 2007 that was a response to all the tainted food. It was pulled out by the Senate and used because they cannot make appropriations in the Senate. Michele did not vote for S 510 which is what HR 2579 was.
Here is the story:

You will notice that the House bill has a different #.
You can check the records of any potential here:

Mitt would never be the tea party’s pick over Palin, Bachman. Bogus polls, that’s why a person needs to realize that polls that says Palin can’t win is bogus.
I understand this is based on polling all the tea party members in the editorial offices of ABC and the Washington Post.

I am not the idiot who is Cynthia McKinney clueless about who voted what way on the bill in question.
You still dont get it. HB 2749 never passed. All it was, was a bill to label origins of food and inspect processers of food.
The dems did not want that bill to pass. They wanted it tabled and set back. In 2006 the dems won both the House and the Senate.
The original bill was not the one you are whining about. It was not passed.
So, the democrats wanted to add in all those things we hate.
Dick Durbin had all the new additions ready in the Senate. That being bill S 510. Ths senate cannot appropriate funds so that had to come from the house. The dem held house, went back, took 2749 out of the hopper, added in the garbage from S 510. The house bill was renumbered, all the garbage from S 510 added in and ran back through the dem held house. That vote Michele voted Nay on because it was not the original bill.
That bill was only used by the Senate to add in their dirty tricks
Of course the Democrat Senate would add dirty tricks. The question is, was 2749 unconsitutional, an increase in government regulations and powers, and an increase in taxes or fees?
This bill would give the FDA greater regulatory powers over the national food supply and food providers with the goal of preventing food-borne illnesses and ensuring food safety. More specifically, it would increase the frequency of FDA inspections of food processing plants, expand the FDA's traceback capabilities for when outbreaks do occur, give the FDA mandatory recall authority, and require food facilities to have safety plans in place in order to mitigate hazards. Concurrently, the bill would impose annual registration fees of $500 on all facilities holding, processing, or manufacturing food and require that such facilities also engaged in the transport or packing of food maintain pedigrees of the origin and previous distribution history of the food. The bill is an enhancement to H.R.759, and to a lesser extent, H.R. 857, previously proposed food safety bills in the 111th Congress.
No way I could call that 'conservative'.
Mitt, Christie, Bloomberg, Huchabee, etc. are still far worse, but unacceptable is unacceptable. She's got some 'splaining to do on that one.
