So what if every Senator and Representative in Congress were to face important votes not understanding the potential consequences of that vote until they became President. Seems that the idiot is arguing that the Presidency should be a prerequisite to being elevated to the Senate. Geithner and a lot of other people are running around saying the same thing, so obviously one does not need to be president in order to 'realize' this.
