The big boys in corporate America do that all the time...companies close and they open another. Chatper 11 chapter 12346789 if they need to create one to get out of their mess..it's a go. And the circle goes round and round. So his bankrupties are meaningless in the eyes of those who will fund his run, they all know how that works...if he runs.
In any case, although he has not declared personal bankruptcy, the fact that he has to use such a tool in the first place for his organization(s) is a Red Flag stating to me that he is a piss poor manager when it comes right down to it. The LAST thing this country needs is such a “businessman”, IMO.
