“I figure he plans to run, and then write another “behind the scenes” book and try to get back on Fox or maybe CNN where he’ll be more at home.”

Is getting shellacked by Palin really going to increase his appeal? It reminds me of the Outlaw Josey Wales(played by Clint Eastwood) and the Bounty Hunter comes in to the saloon, and says, “You’re wanted Wales.” When Wales asks the bounty hunter how that concerns him the Bounty hunter replies, “A man’s got to make a living.” Wales growls, “Dyin’ ain’t much of a living boy.”

If Huckabee contemplates taking on Sarah Palin to enhance his bank account he had best ponder the ruins she will likely leave his career in. He might to reflect on that sage advice Eastwood gave the bounty hunter:

“Dying ain’t much of living, boy”

If he takes her on, we can write his political obituary, and probably his obituary as any kind of a media talking head as well. The MSM, having unsuccessfully tried to use him to stop Palin, will kick him to the curb in a heartbeat.

He’s dying to run -— if only to try to shut her down. He’s that way.
