Is this the same Bob Guzzardi that, in 2006, donated to Bryan Lentz' campaign?

I'm asking because I sincerely do not know. And if it were true, where he gets off saying he represents limited government conservatives.

Heck, on that link Guzzardi says he donated to state rep Rohrer in 2006 - AFTER Rohrer voted for the pay increase.

But now it's a big deal that Smith voted for it?

Guzzardi IMO is just trying to claw his way to the front of the Tea Party parade here.

Lentz had convinced a lot of people he was more conservative than he was, while Tom Gannon, who was the incumbent and who is a true conservative and is some I happen to like quite a bit, voted for the pay raise (and never acted like he was sorry). He also upset a lot of conservatives for being strongly on the side of the trial lawyers in the med-mal battle.

I know a lot of conservatives who were against Tom. Unfair and unwise, maybe, but that's how it was.
