Due to all of the technology used today, there is no reason why all presidential primaries cannot be held on the same day. Really, really bad idea. That basically allows the anointed candidates with giant warchests to cruise to easy victories instead of at least having to work for it.

Due to all of the technology used today, there is no reason why all presidential primaries cannot be held on the same day.The major downside to that approach is that it would restrict the field to only well-established GOP candidates. It would not allow for lesser known conservatives to gain traction in the primaries. Starting with low population states first levels the playing field between established GOP candidates and up-and-coming conservatives.
