Oh, are they in for a rude awakening! And if you can't trust a poll from CBS's 60 Minutes & Vanity Fair, what can you trust?

EIPOs -- electable in primaries only -- are a relatively new political species. Their ranks include Christine O'Donnell, Sarah Palin, Mike Huckabee and Newt Gingrich. Er, yes, except for the fact that 3 of those 4 have already been elected to office.

It’s RINO’s vs EIGEO’s, Electable in General Elections Only. “Moderate” Rockefeller-Gerald Ford Republicans have won NOTHING since Dwight Eisenhower. We Conservatives would bite our tongue and vote for George H.W. Bush, Bob Dull, and John McCain, but when OUR candidate wins, the RINO’s show ABSOLUTELY NO LOYALTY.

The faster we convince them that we will throw the dice and take a chance on electing a dim before we support a rino the better.....I’m tired of seeing our legislation defeated because of some rino has to show us how they reached across the aisle!!

So Smerconish pried his lips off Obama's ass long enough to tell real conservatives how to conduct their affiars.
Go piss up a rope, you bald suck-up buttboy.

In the interest of full disclosure Mr. Smirconish should admit that he supported Barack Obama in the 2008 Presidential election. RINO indeed...

Hey Salon:
I'll pit my "EIPO (according to you - and Karl Rove)" against your RINO anyday.
In fact, I trust a genuine liberal DimocRAT lots more than I trust any RINO - anyday! At least, when they lie to me, I don't feel nearly so much like I've spent the night with a cheap tramp I know it!
Sign me: RINO No MORE

The RINO’s give them cover so that they can call their liberal agenda “bi-partisan” also, plus when the RINO’s “liberal light” policies eventually fail like all liberal policies do... then the public blames Republicans and Capitalism even though it was Democrats & RINOs pushing socialism that caused the problems.
To: 2ndDivisionVet
If only Big Government Repubs are electable, then our problems are existential in nature. I think we are coming to the conclusion that if the only way to beat a Big Government Dem is to replace him with a Big Government Repub, whats the point?

Speaking of RINOs. I got a call from some kind of Romney PAC asking me to donate directly to the candidate of my choice by way of Romney’s PAC.

Right on. This guy is a turncoat. I think a lot of it had to do with his jealously of Glenn Beck. You could hear the green monster in his voice when Glenn would come on. Big difference in the two, Glenn has principles, can’t say the same about Smerconish.
