Reagan would condemn and work to remove from influence a republican that was so anti-conservative that he would work to sacrifice a republican Senate seat in service to that fight.
Have you ever seen seen Rove or any other party big wheel go after the GOP nominee like he did against O’Donnell?
I think Reagan would laugh it off with a remark such as:
“ Karl Rove is an expert and as you all know experts are rarely correct about anything”
