I’ve been donating to the hermanatorpac.org (Herman Cain is a conservative talk show host, business guru and tea party speaker)
They list the specific candidates they support.
Other than that, I just give to candidates individually

If you can, give directly to the candidate of your choice.

what are the best pac's for conservatives to give to? I'd start with the ones who begin thread titles and sentences with capital letters.
That would indicate a bare minimum of competence and education.

Best pac? YOUR OWN! Don’t be lazy. Decide how much you want to spend, do some homework and contribute directly.

Pac’s can do the “dirty” work at times....state things that the candidate can’t say....that’s why I think they play a part ....rats have been doing it forever...
