Republicans will not repeal KenyanCare. They will make a show in 2011 but it will not succeed because they will not have a veto over-ridable Senate majority. When they have Congressional majorities and the presidency after 2012 they will pass little "improvements" and benefits and minor adjustments for the louder groups of shafted constituents/patients. They will not vote to disemploy the hundreds of thousands, perhaps millions of new government employees that will be in place by Spring 2012. That is why we never delete any useless department.
