That is what should be one of the areas of focus until 2012. We do not even need to control the Senate, since all funding bills originate in the House. (Control of the Senate would be helpful though in blocking the appointment of any more left leaning SC Judges) The other area of focus should be nullification at the State level. I think that is going to be where the real action is. November could give a major boost to the 10th Amendment movement.
