“I now view each day as a special gift from my Savior and I have promised Him to try and make each and every one count for His Kingdom, for my family, and for our beloved Republic.”

Scott (sacral chordoma survivor) feels that way, too. Let’s roll!!!!

The reason it “stinks” is because it's politics as usual. I was hoping to find some one new that was above that. Doesn’t mean I wont vote for her but it does stink.

Is it possible for a citizen to file an ethics complaint against the President?

Not that I know of. But presidents get sued all the time for anything and everything. You don't think that liberals wouldn't file every kind of suit they could think of if they thought that Palin would 'do the right thing' and quit rather than put the U.S. people through the expense of defending against them?

Amazing how just a few months ago, the Palin worshipers around here were trashing Levi as if he were the devil incarnate. Now he's an good young man who just briefly went off the rails because he was too innocent and naive.LOL.

Aren't Palin worshipers fun to watch?

It surely is a miracle.

And if so, how are the procedures dealing with such a complaint identical to or different from those in Alaska?

Well for starters the White House Consel and the AG can defend against such things without bankrupting the President or the United States government.

Okay it suddenly seems everyone in the media is accepting sarah ( which I am grateful for) however it seems suspicious.

They fought her but couldn't destroy her. Next they will try to co-opt her. It raises an interesting question, can anyone win without selling their soul?

Fortunately, she couldn’t care less what you have “one big problem with”. She has a strategy to achieve a GOP majority and, like Reagan’s support for Gerald Ford, that’s what she’s going for. If you don’t agree, get off the bus.

“Now Levi Johnston, innocent and naïve but at heart a very good young man from Alaska who unknowingly became front man for the venomous horde of creepy things in the night which control the world...”

I thought the rhetoric in this piece was a little over the top, also, but having read your snide comments, I have to admit that “venomous horde of creepy things” has a certain bite.

I wish you people would get over it.

We’ve discussed ad nauseum (and most agreed) that it would look beyond tacky for her not to support McCain. His choice of her put her where she is today.

I don’t recall her beating the drum for him too hard.

Don’t let your McCain hatred stop you from supporting our best hope for 2012.

Yes, there are others who are good. But Sarah arouses the kind of enthusiasm, even devotion, that we need in a candidate. No one else is even close.

Your great love for Sarah is getting you a closed minded : our way or the highway attitude. Try opening your mind that not all of us, even though we like Sarah and would vote for her, are radicals like you two. If I were like you I would say to you, hey you closed minded donkey, if you don’t agree with me hit the road. (but I won’t do that)

Last time I checked, we were looking to elect a new president, not a new Messiah.

The parallels between Palin and Obama are very disturbing.

You mistake my defense of her strategy and tactics as blind support. That’s typical of a dead-ender. My eyes and mind are completely open to her pros and cons, I just understand why she’s doing the things she does. Unlike you political Stevie Wonders who are blind and must be told what’s going on.

I see you are having fun putting me down. Reality is out there if you would just get off the personal bashing and stick to facts. People like you remind me of a Liberal who you show the truth to and they still argue back or use the George Bush did it refrain. If you are indeed an conservative, give up the Liberal tactics.

Yeah, no doubt I'm wrong and Levi's just one prince of a guy. Bright, mature, caring, real father-of-the-year material. </sarasm>

LOL, no. At that point she will have countless numbers of useless civil servants to handle the inquiries.

She had that in Alaska.

---------------------------------

No she didn't.
You've been a FReeper for a long time; you should know the truth about this kind of thing.

“In Alaska, the governor, and the executive staff have to hire attorneys at their own expense to defend themselves against ethics charges, no matter how frivolous, malicious, or ill conceived an ethics complaint may be. The state attorney general cannot provide representation under the law because these types of complaints are considered “personal” even though they arise from government service”

According to this writer....

It is wiser to hang out in the gym in college than it is to actually study.

Levi is really a decent guy.

The Tea Party is nothing but a bunch of "disgruntled rednecks and peckerwoods"

The whole "I quit" thingy was political genius.

You palinites will swallow anything as long as it feeds your fantasies.

btw...the French expression is "zut alors!" not Jut alors. Maybe the writer should have dropped the basketball and cracked a book.

You are the third person I am to ask, answer my question on post 35 please. So far no one wants to tackle it.

:-)

The first problem is that you answered your own question.

“Go ask her.”

You are right but the people I directed the question to seem to be fanatical personal friends of hers so I thought they were on an inside track. By reading their posts I’m sure they eat dinner with her every night.
