The “Franking” privilege is so totally abused it should be a crime. I'm for this bill.

Of course, the unions, ACORN, etc. will still be able to mail "tax-funded pieces" along with all the special groups that will receive "stimulus" money just prior to the election.
Guess which party will benefit most from this.
