“used-car salesman, not a statesman.”
Awful quick to label others, aren’t you.
Evidence is usually required for accusation such as yours.
Does he actually sell used cars?
Or is it a metaphor.
Your family related to the Edwards branch from Nor Carolina?
I can do it too, whoopee.
I am a very active Republican volunteer in numerous organizations in the Triangle. I also have a full time job and therefore can’t peruse every darn conservative blog, Web site, message board, etc. on a regular basis. I have met Mr. Roche on many occasions and know many people who know him as well. His personality by itself - arrogant, slippery, makes leering comments about women (I could go on and on) - does not make him a good candidate. He says as an economist he “can fix the problems in Washington.” Ummm, economists have gotten us in the hot water our country is in now. And a currency trader and former Wall Streeter who has only lived in NC for a few years??? Where’s the credibility?? Furthermore, an extreme right-wing conservative does not have a prayer of defeating David Price even this year - look at the true makeup of the voters here.
Republican candidates cannot afford to half-as* it this year. There are far more qualified congressional candidates in NC than Frank Roche.
