And the right to life is the ultimate right. No other right is superior to it. None.
I agree that the right to life is the ultimate right.
However,
The right to life is in the “Declaration of Indepedence”.
It is not in the “Constitution”, yet I would agree it is obviously implied.
The constitution is law, not the Declaration.
Therefore the 10 amendent still applies to the abortion question, along with several others.
