While researching this story it appears that the The National Industrial Recovery Act of 1933 (NIRA)is near exactly what the Obama administration is now doing. How can we use this precedent decision and apply it to expose more deeply how egregious the Constitutional overreach of the Czars, TARP, financial bailouts and health care. How do we compel the electorate to look deeper?

I don’t believe someone who is running a bogus campaign for senator so he can bag all those campaign funds is going to have any input whatsoever on the Supreme Court.
