"Hi. I'm from ACORN. Obama and Bertha Lewis gave me $900,000 to service you.
You fill out a few made up names and addresses on these mail voter cards,
and then I'll sign your names. Then, wow! Is this your lucky day - or what!!
After I get your 'change' up and off, each of you gets a jumbo subprime mortgage."

I have some really odd questions about ACORN and the census. My understanding was that ACORN operatives working for the Bureau of the Census were driving through every town, stopping at every residence, and recording the address of the residence with its GPS coordinates. Each address and set of coordinates was entered into a huge database at the end of each day.

Question 1: Who owns the database?

Question 2: Are we certain there are no "extra copies" of the database controlled by someone other than the Bureau of the Census, for example, ACORN?

Question 3: Did the Bureau of the Census comply with all federal laws regarding the collection and storage of the data ACORN was collecting for the bureau?

Question 4: Was ACORN really working for the Bureau of the Census collecting the aforementioned data or did ACORN simply want people to believe they were working for the bureau?
