To: Non-Sequitur

I’m surprised Parkinson hasn’t announced by now if he were running for the Senate. But I still wonder how much the Dems trust the guy. He’s an odious, backstabbing opportunist who was, after all, the State GOP Chairman when Gilligan-Sebelius first ran. Apparently the Dems have virtual nobodies as the declared candidates for Governor and Senator currently. You’d think the new Lt Gov would want to step up and run, but apparently not.

He's not Moran or Tiahrt so the Democrats will love him.

Apparently the Dems have virtual nobodies as the declared candidates for Governor and Senator currently. You’d think the new Lt Gov would want to step up and run, but apparently not.

Nobody serious. They won't get a name for governor because nobody wants to get runover by Brownback by getting between him and the White House. But I'm expecting Parkinson to declare next year. And I wouldn't count Sebelius out just yet.
