There is a big difference in dynamics between a presidential election year and a mid-term election. The fact that Obama won the district and the rep still won by 4 points should be discouraging to the Dems, not the reverse. Since the rep won by 9 points in the last mid-term, and Obama’s “high level of popularity” is declining, I think re-election is highly likely. Good to see the national committee might help, though...

This idea comes from the result of the last election where BO received just enough votes in Sarpy county that it can be said that the county went for the democrats. I’m a bit suspicious of the count anyway considering all of the illegals who have pushed in lately. It could also be from the nitwits who couldn’t bring themselves to vote for McCain and so they sat out the vote, giving it over to BO. I know a few and thanks to them all. The dems are a little too giddy and figure their lies about Terry will sway the large retired military population here. My advice to his potential opponent; stay away from my door because you’ll get a less cordial reception than you are used to. That said, he needs to get out there early and pound sand up the dems arse as often as possible.
