From what I’ve seen, you have to make quite a jerk of yourself to get banned. I should know, I was suspended for getting into an insult contest with a real ass-tard. He was even banned a couple of times since then, but he keeps coming back.
Yeah, I had my turn at being suspended once myself for being just a bit over zealous on the comebacks to some people. I am here to say that I love FR and long live JR, AKA Jim Thompson(spelling right on that?).
So, to the troll posting this: Which is it? Is FR too slow on banning people and pulling threads, such as the so called thread about Bozo's kids, or is FR to fast to ban people? Can't have it both ways Dimwits, one way or another.
I don’t think that’s accurate. I was banned a year or so ago - with no warning, no explanation, no nothing - and when I got Jim Robinson to finally tell me what it was for, he sent me an email that said “Did you post this?” It was some article that I don’t remember posting which was mildly critical of Fred Thompson - who I always liked a lot. Again, the key was, there was no explanation at all, nor even a notification that I had been banned. My account simply wouldn’t work any longer.
My understanding from some people that I talked to about it at that time was that there had been some people given admin moderator access who had gone on personal vendettas against those with whom they disagreed about basically anything.
