I don’t think my friend is a liar, but I’m trying to give this community the benefit of doubt. If some people have been purged simply for expressing support for a candidate’s ideas in a polite way, then I think those people should be unbanned. Doesn’t that seem fair?

Reading comprehension a problem of yours? How many people have to tell you that no one is banned on FR for the people they support. If they become to obnoxious and attack others, as liberals are want to do, then they get banned. Other wise no. There have been many Romney, Huckabee, Paul, supporters on FR and they are still here. What Jim doesn't tolerate, and no web forum should, are posters who use profanity and threaten other posters in order to win an argument.
