I think the Republican leadership (if you want to call it that) are terrified of 2 things:

(1) Sarah Palin’s ability to connect to the core voters of America. The heartland, the veterans, the small businessmen, the builders of the country, as opposed to the takers.

(2) They are more afraid she can unify this segment, not just her leadership as per direction, but put together a voluntary coalition of people who know how to do things. Release the ability this nation has always shown to do great things, without top down direction.

Central planning ALWAYS Fails. It always will. Joint effort of honest hardworking people always gives far better results.

If you cannot contribute at least get out of the way.

This is what they fear. And they should.

What they are afraid of is that Sarah Palin is the female John Galt or the real version of Dagny Taggart.

You are wrong. They are afraid she is going to be controlling all the money that conservatives are going to donate to her PAC rather than the RNC.
