The 23rd district is the "Canadian border district". There is no primary. 2008: Obama 52%, McCain 48%. No date yet. In the fall? Another chance for the DEMS to show us how it's done? district (link is below):

If Democrats win McHugh's seat, it will leave just two Republicans in the state's congressional delegation, further adding to the once-vibrant state party's woes.

Damn, I did not realize the situation in New York was that bleak.

Paul Maroun, county legislator, is the only pro-life candidate to come forward at this point. All of these state legislators who are rumbling are NARAL.
